Organic Whole Cashews

I love these cashew nuts. I was looking for cashews that weren't roasted or salted like most are in grocery stores. These are just natural and unsalted. They are extremely fresh tasting, crunchy and have the perfect flavor. I also appreciate that the bag is full of either whole or split in half cashews. I personally don't use these for making cashew milk, butter or that mac and cheese alternative that vegans make. But I can definitely see this being perfect for a lot of those vegan recipes as these would break down into the perfect paste. I just wanted these as a healthy protein snack between meals or whenever I forget to eat. I have tried roasting these in the oven too as I sometimes like the texture of them that way but dislike all the oils and extra flavoring other products use. They turned out great. Anyhow, I don't know how much I could continue to describe cashews, all I know is these are the best natural cashews I've tried, they are super fresh and I've already ordered them a second time!

Love, love, love these cashews. Fresh and slightly sweet. I like to eat them raw, even though, they are not really raw. There is a toxic resin inside the shell layer. If the shell is not opened properly, the resin will get on the cashew nut, making it inedible. Most companies steam the shell open at a high temperature, thus cooking the cashew nut inside. Only one nut producer in Indonesia uses a special technique with specially-designed tools (without using any heat at all) to open the shell cleanly every time without ever exposing the cashew nut to the resin. The raw cashews are much sweeter, tastier, and nutritious than their cooked counterparts and cost more. So these are labeled raw, however, they have been steamed I am sure, however, they are not toasted and taste more delicious than most other raw ones I have ever purchased in stores. Anyway, great to snack on or to make raw sour cream, and many other raw things or in baking.

Even though I try other cashews based on them being cheaper or so-called better reviews, I keep coming back because these raw cashews are so freaking good!!!

Hi, oh my! I ordered these cashews along with the almonds from Terrasoul. Read all the reviews last summer, made my decision. This is the only brand I will purchase from now on. Delis, clean, fresh, no salt, taste like real nuts should. Zip bag can re close no worries, however, I like to store mine in the large Ball jars with lids in the cupboard. (they don't last long here, I grab a handful to eat and also pop them in my hot oatmeal, wow that is so nice, and the flavor is wonderful! I hope this review will assist you in your purchase and stop some of the confusion on which brand to buy. There are so very many brands. I have learned the hard way on some to be honest, but not this brand. Since I am retired and on a fixed income I must watch what to purchase, so I read a lot if not all of the reviews on anything I purchase. This one is a keeper! This is my second order for both almonds and cashews and will order again, in the larger sizes when available. They keep well.

These, Terrasoul Organic Raw Whole Cashews, 32 oz./2lb./907.1 grams, are fresh, organic, raw, unsalted, & plump. I tried another (less expensive) brand and upon opening the bag, the cashews were starting to shrivel & harden. without much flavor, I might add . These Terrasoul cashews have a sweet-buttery, rich flavor. I don't mind importing from the Ivory Coast (South Vietnam) in hopes that the country can flourish, once again. The Agricultural Sector is essential to the overall economy of Ivory Coasts. Two-thirds of the population are employed by the Agricultural Sector. Hence, the use of harsh child labour & brutal, forced adult labour, has dwindled considerably, over the past decade. And the CASHEWS!! The absolute best! This is a great buy!

Good quality nuts, but lacking in taste I associate with Cashews, not suites for roasting and salted choices, perhaps great for cashew butter or paste or vegan cheese, I don't do any of those.

The big 2lb bag has mostly whole cashews and a few halves. They really do stay fresh in the fridge once you open the bag, which reseals tightly. Raw cashews are a good source of protein and dietary fats with no added sugar, salt or oils. For me they add a nice crunch to morning oatmeal.

These expensive organic cashews are the worst that I have seen in years. I have 2 pounds of them, and they expire within in four months - actually they look past expired already! With a 4.7 rating, I expected a lot better than these discoloured, dried-out, stale cashews. I would rate them a zero if I could! Update: I contacted the company and they tell me that these are normal roasted and peeled cashews! 🤣 Except they are raw, not roasted! Normal to me are creamy-white kernels, not these discoloured cashews that they claim are perfectly normal. Of course, they refuse a refund! Here are some pictures, judge for yourself. Another update: Even though the seller chose to defend his unhealthy product and refuse a refund, Amazon stepped in with their A-to-z Guarantee and gave me a refund. Thank you, Amazon.
