The bomb! Works fantastic. No problems at all. I haven't trained Alexa on it yet, but now that I have the Hopper, I don't really use the Amazon stick much because I have the Netflix app through my cable. Although, I often experience problems with movies freezing when watching them through the TV app. Don't know why that is. When I get irritated enough by it, I unplug the cable and use the Fire Stick. Never had that problem of movies freezing with the Fire stick. It's such a pain when it happens. You have to close out of the app entirely, reload it, then restart the movie all over again and wait until it catches up with where you left. But anyway, the Fire Stick is good, no problems.

Great idea got rid of at least one connecting wire from the back of my TV and my fire stick works perfectly well connected by this product.

I hooked this up and it failed. All I got was a constant re boot. The power was not sufficient to power the firestick. But . . . I also had bought a bracket to mount the sound bar directly the TV. That required taking down the TV and removing the mounting hardware from the TV. With much better access, I discovered a second USB port. After putting it all back together I tried the newly discovered USB port, and it now works. Lesson learned, or rather reinforced. Not all USB ports are equal. An explanation in the description would be a big help for all us non- techies.

Not compatible with Amazon TV firestick. It does work as a power source like it said. Disappointed

This is a real convenience in that it powers the Fire TV Stick through the TV USB port. It saves you from finding a wall outlet or having a long cord hanging out between the USB port and HDMI port. Also, saves on electricity because it turns off the power to whatever is plugged into the USB port as soon as you turn off your TV. Instead of a wall outlet where the power is always going to it. Make sure though that your USB port produces enough power for whatever your plugging into it.

Much better then having wires all plugged into wall.

Instale el TV Stick con el puesto desde el principio. El Tv Stick tardo unos 6 u 8 mins en actualizarse, me salieron dos mensajes de potencia insuficiente, pero continue y cuando acabo de actualizarse ya no salieron mas los mensajes y ha día de hoy funciona sin problemas. Decir que el cable es corto tal como se ve en la foto.
