Do not buy - horrible customer support!
Purchased the Blaze 3.0 for a Christmas present. Everything was great until the power button broke after only using the computer for just over 30 days of use. The PC will no longer power up. SkyTech's customer support is HORRIBLE! Trying to reach them by phone is impossible, so I've had to email them back and forth for the past month. Their support keeps asking me to conduct tests, including trying to short-circuit the power unit and the motherboard (to check for other issues apparently), instead of fixing the known issue (the power button) first. I'm NOT a repair tech, so I do not think it is smart to keep asking me to screw around with the interior components of the PC. If I send the PC back to them, it will take 1-2 months for them to fix. I've asked them to just send me the replacement power button and I'll get it replaced locally and I'll pay for the labor, but they have NOT responded to my requests. While the PC seems like a good value, maybe you get what you pay for. I will NEVER buy from them again. I'm worried about the quality of the other components within the PC now...

Excellent build quality
Ordered on Black Friday, arrived on Cyber Monday. I got such an amazing price I had my doubts that it match the description or even show up at all--but no problems at all! The price went back up the day after I ordered (a lot--I doubt they made money on me!), so good timing. It is still a decent deal at normal prices, though you can find builds with low end RTX cards at the normal price. However, all components were higher quality than your average "budget" gaming PC. Mine has an ASUS Prime B560 AC-HES, A-Data DDR4-3200 (though the as-shipped clock setting is at 2666, the i5-10400F "official" limit, and I'm not inclined to fiddle with it under warranty), a WD Blue SSD, a nice case with RGB fans (which i wouldn't pay extra for myself, but hey, pretty I guess). PSU is 600W, so plenty of headroom for upgrades later. Build quality seems fine, packaging was better than expected--the foam insert inside the case was a new one for me--though I was missing the "quick setup" instruction sheet that was supposed to be in it. Software was bloatware free, though missing the control software for the RGB lights out of the box. The SkyTech website was also having issues part of the day, though it eventually started working ok. Edit to add: One minor issue--the CPU cooler (Vetroo V5 120mm air cooler) was large enough to overlap one of the DRAM slots. If you want to add another pair of DRAM sticks, you'll have to find a smaller cooler. All in all, this is a great base system to get my son gaming now, with upgrade potential later when GPU prices come down.

great quality
my son loves this machine he has been asking for a gaming computer for about three years now and im so happy i took the time and did some research and found this computer the only bad thing i can say about it is that when shipped the remote for the LED lights was not in the box but no big deal you can change them right on the tower itself
