Feels great
This thing feels great on my back and shoulders. It is noisy, like I can’t hear the radio while showering, but it’s great overall. Feels good and conserves water. The minimal design is also a huge improvement over the wand type shower head I had before this one.

zero adjustable spray
there is no adjusting the spray pattern. if you have it set to spray your chest or shoulders, it will still get water in your face. and this thing will pelt you to death. that being said, my husband loves it. ha ha.

i have a fairly high pressure system ('m based in UK with a megaflow system), managed to remove the very small and fiddly orange washer/restrictor, now the pressure is even more amazing. only small downside of this type of concept is the spray pattern is quite small and with the air that is being mixed into the water, the parts of your body that are not in direct contact with the jet get cooler item is solid chrome and an overall an amazing buy!
