are the scrapers sharp on all sides or just the curved side?

Not sure I'd consider any of it "sharp" as it is a pretty thick edge. The beveled edge is only on the curved side.

what are the dimensions of this scraper?

Per the manufacturer website: 5.25" x 3.5"

I would like to correct some incorrect answers? These are made in Korea per the manufacturer's website.

Thank you for the corrected info (another poster stated these are made in CT...)
