My hair is very straight, fine, and soft, and doesn’t normally hold waves if I use a curling iron or braid it. But my favorite way to wear my hair in the summer now is to dampen it with water using a spray bottle, then spray this sea salt spray all over it, and wear it in two French braids all day. Then at night, I take it out and have a full head of waves. Sometimes it can even be a bit too wavy the same night, but if I sleep on it, I wake up with excellent, natural looking waves. And I LOVE the smell. It’s much more pleasant than the extremely strong Ouai scent, and has a lovely, suntan oil and salt scent. I also find that it doesn’t dull my hair’s shine the way other sprays like Bumble and Bumble do.
