If I wear true beige in foundation Now what color should I get that will be close to it

I usually wear True Beige and found Buff Beige was very close to the same shade, just a very tiny bit lighter but not too light. If I want to add a touch more color, I will mix a drop of Sand Beige with it. Sand Beige is pretty dark.

Does this provide a flawless finish?

It did for me, the only issue I had was that the foundation was a bit darker than my skin tone. I have very fair skin, but he brush helped blended it well and the setting powder helped as well so it wasn’t as noticeable.

Does it cover tattoos?

If the tattoos are black or dark, it doesn't completely cover them. It lightens them up but the color still shows through.
