After initial applications - especially on my face when I looked like a member of KISS - I’ve learnt to apply a small amount on the area, on my hands and to rub it in. After a brief “damp” period it dries well. Nice feeling on the skin afterwards. Reapplied after 2 hours as directed and it appears to work well. Price could be prohibitive, but, ultimately, you pay for what you get and what price skin / sun care? The stick is unusual in such a product, but it goes on and covers well. Personally, as someone who has encountered skin problems in the form of allergic reactions, this is great.
