You will need to buy a adapter plate SFX to ATX. The computer is running, surfing the internet, typing in the review. If I had a similar repair to do, I would buy it again. However, right when I plugged it into my wall outlet and flipped the switch on it, I got the worst coil whine. This is before I even pressed the power button on the computer, so it was under no load. Once it is under load, however, it works fine and the whine goes away. If I put my computer to sleep or shut it off, it starts back up again.
