😊I’m so pleased w/ this product I can’t even tell you!!! I use to buy a different brand from Costco for me and my husband. AND, let me tell you probiotic capsules work, but you need to be consistent, you’ll be able to tell 2weeks or closer to 4weeks from start of taking. These work so well that when my husband was in the hospital (early morning) I realized he hadn’t had his probiotic for 3-days😳!!! I went to nurses station & politely told them to add to his orders-STAT (YES! I’m fiercely protective over the ones I love). No sooner that I got back to room he was sick- violently, violently ill (both ways). YES, that order came through so fast. I was helping w/ the clean-up. 🙏PLEASE these are WORK & are a GREAT Price (compared to best brands-& No not All the same out there). I wish ALL You & Your Loved ones Good Health, Safety & Love

This is easily the best value probiotic I've ever used, considering the wide range of strains and ingredients in each pill - and especially at such a sharp price point. I take one pill every morning about 30 minutes before I have food or coffee, and it's become part of my daily routine over the last few months. My overall digestion has been great lately, and I attribute part of that to this probiotic, in addition to my generally healthy diet. If you're looking for a solid, affordable option to improve or just maintain your gut health, I definitely recommend this one!

Buenos y efectivos

I bought these since they were affordable and had good reviews. I started taking them mainly for gut health but also because I have atopic dermatitis and there are some published studies relating poor gut health to skin problems. It has been about 2 weeks or so since I’ve taken them daily. Also you have to refrigerate them. Which I found out about 5 min ago from writing this review. Oops. Things I’ve noticed: 1. I am having good daily bowel movements. 2. I feel like I process what I eat easier and I’ve not had any stomach upsets either. 3. My dermatitis or eczema has settled down tremendously, however, I am also on dupixent which I started 3 weeks ago (I’ve been battling eczema for about 8 months now). So it could be either dupixent starting to work or who knows? Im going to continue taking them. 5/5 from me.
