I fill using the plastic pipettes that were included with the order, wait for the liquid to solidify, remove the caps and pop the product from the mold using a chopstick. **Q: Do the suppositories slide out of the mold easily?** A: I use the little plastic rod that comes in the kit to pop them out. My suppositories are made with coconut oil though, so Iā€™m not sure if it works the same for ones made out of Shea butter or any other ingredients. **Q: When removing them from the molds how do you get the cap off without the suppositories breaking into pieces?** A: For me the best way to remove the suppositories from the caps is fresh from the freezer. When they are very frozen you can gently squeeze the caps in a twisting motion. Once you remove all caps flip mold over and use a chop stick or something similar to poke them out and VOILA!! put them in a glass jar in the freezer til you need them.
