Pure Encapsulations is a great brand! They do not include any fillers, which is awesome. If you tend to take multiple supplements daily, the fillers/flow agents can easily add up, possibly causing gut issues. I personally use about 3 of their products. The price is a little more spendy compared to others brands but as stated, those will usually carry fillers.

So far i have noticed more energy after taking this. I found breakfast to be the best time for me. Dont make the same mistake as me though, eat your breakfast FIRST. I took it before my breakfast a couple times and instant vomit
