Not the most amazing looking items pictures can play your mind but then again I got what I paid for so if you want something basic plastic and simple this is good. For expensive homes not the ticket. Overall the item does work. I put them on my fence in the back garden. The motion sensor is wonderful and the lights last the evening, however, mine do not turn on a ton. If you are looking for something super bright, this is not for you. I mounted them in a full sun area on a trellis in front of a walkway about 3' up from the ground. The motion detector does work pretty well.
