Review: So much better than a bowl of vinegar! - So easy to use, and attracts the little black flies like a magnet. Loved it so much bought one for the basement, main floor and the second floor, ..Just check out the picture, that's after a few days. No more flies buzzing around while I'm working. No more flies dropping into my tea when I'm not around. Virtually no sign of the wee buggers after a few days. The basement 'pad' was nearly full! Any sticky pad thingy will work too, so don't worry about the price of replacement pads...although, generic ones are very, very cheap and all so easy to work with. Just...plug it in, put the pad in the base, turn it on..and no more fuss! The UV light attracts them..the fan sucks them in (and it's really quiet..simple low lever white noise) and the sticky pads trap them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

**Q: fan seems to be disconnected.  should this be one solid piece or is it broken?**

If the fan is disconnected, then you have received a broken unit. We recently had a small manufacturing error and defective units were accidentally sent to Amazon.

**Q: Where do I find replacement glue pads?**
A: I used one of the replacement glue pads as a template on basic yellow sticky traps. Two discs can be cut from one sheet, and has the advantage of being double sided. Seemed to work just as well. MUCH less expensive and more readily available than the Katchy glue boards.

Please understand that my problem was with fungus gnats. If you problem is with some other type of insect, your milage may vary.

**Q: How does this product work with no seeums?**
A: Works awesome for no seeums believe me you won’t regret buying one. I love mine. As a matter of fact I haven’t had one of them fly by my ear since my purchase. Had it about a year and a half.
