Rip off the original and put this on?** A: Be careful not to remove the sponge of the headset during installation, the seller provides installation videos, if you are watching on a computer, they appear in the position of the 7th picture, if you are watching on a mobile phone, they usually appear in the position of the 2nd picture **Q: Does this product fit the Plantronics 4220 UC headset?** A: I don't know about the model number on my headset, but the PartNumber on my heaseset base that works with these pads, is 203079-01.
