Unsettling horror starring Corri English. Alison Blanchard (English) is a first-year medical student who discovers that death may not be as final as she once believed when the spirit of the cadaver assigned to her in Gross Anatomy class attempts to resolve some unfinished business in the mortal realm. When the sheet is pulled back and Alison's cadaver is revealed, the nervous student suddenly senses a powerful energy and passes out. When she comes to she finds herself in Dr Blackwell's (Derrick O'Connor) office, where she confides that she felt a strange presence in the lab. But Alison finds her strange malaise immediately written off as 'first year jitters'. When her friend is discovered dead in a basement corridor and the rising body count appears to be connected with her investigation into the cadaver's fate, the frightened medical student does her best to put the mystery, and the murderous spirit, to rest. Id bought a few cheap films to watch at halloween and this was the best one out of the bad bunch that id bought lol.....This film was alright , not really scarey, and bit silly at times (like the forever taking tops off to get in the tank)

Terrible Film
This film was awful - not in the slightest bit scary and I had to force myself to watch it to the end thinking maybe it would get better. Actors are really bad and at times I laughed out loud. Don't waste your money.

Definitely Not At Rest ...
"Unrest" begins as an uneasy tale of unquiet spirits in a morgue, but gradually erupts into a wonderful, almost slapstick horror comedy. Having fainted twice myself in a morgue seeing a body wheeled out from the cabinet, I sympathised with the problems initially encountered by the heroine in the story. But the uneasy feeling that something is not right in the morgue and the subtlety of messages being conveyed from the not-long dead to the surgeons performing autopsies ups pace, until it becomes an almost "Reanimator"-esque farce, featuring Aztec sacrifices and morticians trapped and thrashing around in tanks of formaldehyde. Coupled with the fact that some of the corpses used in the film were apparently real cadavers, the whole thing is a romp into the crazy and gruesome. I enjoyed it, anyhow!
