**Q: Can it calculate fev1 / fvc?**
A: no, the device does not calculate this ratio because it does not measure FVC.  It measures  and trends Peak Flow (PEF) and the Forced Expired Volume at one second (FEV1)

**Q: how accurate is it?**
A: My unit functions very inconsistently. At times out of 3 readings, I will register a 480, 20, 25. Other times, it will only register two of my three readings. I get too many readings in the 20s, then all of a sudden it will throw in a 520 etc., that I am not sure I can trust it anymore. I am currently shopping for another unit.

**Q: Which app can calculate fcv, fef25/75, fev1/fvc? my fev1 is at 40 percent and i have no diagnosis yet.**
A: Hi. MIR Spirobank App can calculate fcv, fef25/75, fev1/fvc and more. But this app is not compatible with MIR Smart One device. The compatible device is MIR Spirobank Smart.
