WHOOPS! Add step 1.5) Place all live rounds in box or drawer where they are not accessible. 7) Repeat. Seriously. This practice is all about developing muscle memory. You start to do it unconsciously, just like driving. And just like driving, lack of attention will cause accidents. Don't have accidents.
