Easy to install with detachable bracket. It's relatively quiet using a squirrel cage fan--better yet, it decides whether it needs to run at full 1,500 watts or if 750 watts will do the job--it automatically dials back to the lower wattage and becomes even quieter. It is anything BUT easy to program. When the programming function hangs, a re-boot does not fix it--instead walk away for a couple hours and it resets itself. If all you want to do is have a constant temperature it's easy; if you want a nighttime setback go for code L1.
