Review: Comfortable - My first impression of this boot was not very good. Within 1 week of purchase, both boots failed when the zip fastener spilt in front of the zip. Fortunately, the zip was not fully up, so I was able to remove the boots. I contacted the seller, who initially offered me some money as recompense or to pay towards a repair!! This was a £100 pair of boots! Not very impressed with this, I pursued the matter and sent them back (at my cost) The seller then provided me with a replacement pair. On arrival, I have added some light oil to the zips of both boots, to ensure the zips run smoothly. I have now had these boots for 2 months, and worn them for walking the dog and garden tasks. The boots are very comfortable, easy to take on and off and very practical.

These boots are not good. Whilst they are comfortable they are not well suited to mud and water! The zips clog up and get stuck. It did not take long for the zips to break completely. In addition, it me of the velcrose straps came off. This cannot be repaired. Muck company customer services are rubbish.
