There are many different ways to use it. Excellent swing path trainer to create good muscle memory. Helps prevent coming over the top, or even prevents being too inside out. Just change the position of the ball and alignment sticks based on whatever you’re working on. I would suggest getting a kids pool noodle to go over the alignment stick to prevent damage to your hands or irons on a bad swing.
