I've found it to help keep my weight stable on it's own but when added to the green coffee bean (also by this company) it has helped me drop some pounds without doing anything different. I have read that respberry ketones work best in conjunction with an exercise program so I am planning to start one and hopefully kick things up even more. I'll definitely be ordering more when I run out!Edited to update: I am now using this along with the coffee bean extract and am still very happy with both. I have yet to get back into exercising and my diet has gone to hell but even with all the junk I haven't gained an ounce. I decided I needed a little help to redirect myself, so I thought I'd try RK since it seemed pretty safe. I am taking 2 capsules first thing in the morning, and 2 more about an hour after lunch. Definitely make me feel warm...I guess that's thermogenic. And after a few days I began to see a change in my weight. I've dropped approx. 3 lbs this first week (and I am not terribly heavy to begin with, so that's from 138 down to 135 - a 2% drop in body weight). I eat well and exercise almost daily, but such a drop in weight is unusual for me, and appreciated.
