I use this every Christmas eve for the 7 fish dinner, and the dish is called "Pasta con Sarde" & is Sicilian. I make a marinara sauce (about a quart) or you can buy a jar of already made sauce. After this is heated, add one can of Cuoco, and slow simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix some sauce in boiled pasta and enjoy. You may double this recipe.
