I found that if I use it a minimum of two times per day, when I wake up and right before bed, (preferably three, to equal the originally potency and of course not taking it one week a month as they suggest.) It is just as effective in lowering my rate and intensity of hot flashes and noticeably lowering adrenaline exhaustion. I have frustratingly rummaged through the market to find remedies that are this effective at a reasonable price and I like this the best. I use two immortals in addition to this. I have tried BOTH by themselves. This progesterone is clearly my priority over the two immortals (make sure you get the kind without LEAD!) but I am feeling practically 'normal' with the combination of the two. I only take one tea pill at onset of the hot flash so I use MUCH less than their recommended dosage. I know how frustrating it can be. Don't panic!
