Using a plug can cause the charge issues. I use this for my iPhone 14 and this thing can tank falls and charges me back to full about 2 times in a day. I mean way big and heavy. If this is something you are concerned with. Well first day I charged the case fully. I let my phone run down to 20% and then charged it on the way home I commute three hours in the afternoon. The phone did well, I mean I was using the GPS WAZE and APPLE MUSIC and it took about 2.5 hours to reach 99%. Plus, it used a little over one cell on the case. So, now I’m on day 3 and I’ve charged the phone as needed. But I don’t charge it completely each time. As for durability, I feel like it’s a bit short there. I mean they gave you an extra front clip for the phone because it’s so easy to break so when you’re taking it apart to put on your phone be careful not to break it.
