A reasonable replacement.
I really like my tc1a cutter the only thing I dislike is that the wheel and screw only seem to fallout when I'm in a crawlspace or attic never in the bag or case where I can find them. I have not used this set yet, I'm on my last one after a job in a crawlspace 60 feet in, packed up my tools got to my truck went to wipe all the dirt and or mud off my tools and once again the wheel was gone still had the screw this time. Used vibra-tite on it this time so hopefully I won't need the new replacement wheels until they are worn-out.
