Well this was a real surprise! I was expecting ok but it is actually outstanding! Really well put together,sturdy and very easy to assemble even with the most cursory glance at the instructions. I have cleaned my soffits and windows and had absolutely no problems. The only minor criticisms I could level are the hose seems to be overly long and there is no water control, however I must balance these minor issues with the fact there was an unexpected soap dispenser included which was most welcome. Tremendous value overall and I am very happy with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this brand to anyone looking for one. Thank you!

Purchase at 10pm, delivered 11am the next day. Surprised but happy. Concerned that I'm joining a hose inside cleaning a rear conservatory from a front bathroom. Zero leaks. Doesn't Bend noticeably as conservatory taking weight. 10 times cleaner. Highly recommend.

It says it is light but fully extended I could not hold it to wash windows that were up high. I was not strong enough. The soap dispenser was very difficult to see how to arrange the flow rate & we seemed to use up the soap very quickly which is a nuisance as you have to keep stopping & refill it. Having said all that it cleaned our house walls ok & seems well made. I just have to let a strong man do the work.

Well, just amazing, after getting a quote of £150 to clean my fascia’s on our new house and even then had to wait weeks for a day. I wondered how much it would cost me to buy the tools to do it myself, well, you’re reading my review so you know what happened. Yep, I bought this, sacked off the exterior cleaning company and did it myself in 15 mins earlier all from ground level. Granted, I think if I used chemicals in the bottle that comes with it, it probably would of made an even better difference but I just wanted to try it out (I’ll post before and after) and I was like a kid on Xmas morning, this thing is amazing and no I can do it anytime I need so potentially saving me £100’s and my it’ll be great helping out my friends and family with it too. Honestly one of my best purchases, really strong and easy to use. Pull the trigger on it, you won’t regret it I’m sure

I bought item. I was really happy with it good quality and it did what it says on the box. I bought one from the TV channel when it came poor quality, I used it you couldn’t do what it says on the box just collapsed

I'm rarely moved to write reviews, but I just thought it worth noting that this is actually a pretty decent thing. Would it stand up to heavy commercial use? Probably not, but it isn't being sold for that. I think for occasional home use it will last a good long time. It's quite light, the pole feels comfortable in the hand and the soap mixing attachment works well.

Overall, very pleased and it seems good quality. Aluminium extrusions seem sturdy with decent anodising and the plastic clamps are chunky enough for their purpose.Bought the 7m pole with the theory it won’t be extended fully most of the time so less flex and that seemed to play out in use. Used to clean gutters, soffits and facias.Pole does flex a bit in use, but it’s sturdy enough to work along at height. Water feed is excellent, even at gutter height. Only downside, it wasn’t supplied with the inline tap so I’ve since ordered one to make shutting off the water easier. Wish they’d just charge £5 more and include it.Would definitely recommend though, glad I bought one! Attached before and after photos.

I found it hard work, got soaked while washing the bedroom windows and left them covered in smears so had to get the ladder out anyway, what a waste of money
