**Q: Is it a good rgb mouse pad? I don’t understand German reviews**
A: I love it, play in the dark and the rgb lighting around the edges is helpful for illuminating and letting me know where the mouse is on the pad so I don't run off it.

**Q: Mine does not light up at all. i have plugged into my pc, installed swarm, uninstalled & reinstalled swarm, tried different ports, restarted pc. help?**
A: The roccat sense syncs with other roccat products, so if you have the brightness down on your keyboard to the point of being off the mousepad won’t light up. That’s the only other thing I think could be the issue unless you haven’t tried the button on the mousepad.

**Q: Quick question. can this be connected to a usb hub to work? just wondering. some have said it can't be.**
A: Based on experience, our devices work when connected to devices such as USB hubs, docking stations or KVM switches. However, since these can cause interruptions and therefore may hinder lossless communication between device and PC, we generally advise to connect our devices to the PC directly.

was great for games the actually mouse pad is brilliant but no slip rubber ain’t quite true. It slides around on my desk even with the slightest bit of force. In all great but not “non slip rubber”
