While a small fpv drone is definitely a different thing than a Mavic, and far more manual (even in the easiest mode), it really does help with learning or even keeping up the necessary skills in the winter months (all 11.5 of them in Ireland). The Cetus Pro is reliable and tough. I picked ip an extra 4 batteries to extend the flying sessions. I keep the drone set to mid tier modea indoors and I made great progress in just a few hours.
