Quality is good but it's bit small
I like print and quality but it is smaller even for 8 plate dishwasher. Cover doesn't open properly as it's smaller than dishwasher and chain of cover always comes in between while I try to close dishwasher

Worst after sales support
I had purchased this product in 2023. After 2 years I faced issue with motor. I raised a complain and it’s been 2 months I do not get any help. I had also paid 7k for warranty extension. Now I have product which doesn’t work. The service is so pathetic I keep calling them and either they lie or they avoid calls after taking money from the customer and keep us hanging.
