It is sold as one kit. Review: Fantastic little tool - I wish I had been smart enough to take before/after photos to show you. I used this to straighten the fins on the AC unit on my camper. This unit did have fins with a zigzag pattern, and this tool worked just fine (others reported it not working). I spent maybe 90 minutes working on the unit, and it looks almost brand new. The fins weren't in terrible shape to begin with- maybe a 60/40 ration of good/smashed. However, after using this, I would now say it is more like 98/2. There were just a couple fins that were smashed enough that they basically tore and couldn't quite be straightened again. I just took my time and was meticulous and am super happy with the results. Review: Works well, if you are reasonablycareful and use this trick - I had an AC with some badly smashed fins on the A coil, and making passes with an old credit card , one fin at a time from the edge of the undamaged areas "into" the smashed area to straighten the badly crushed fins, and then using this radiator fin comb to "fine tune" the fins, is a slow-but-sure way to get the job done. Not sure where Amazon got those product dimensions. **Q: I just need the 15 per inch head, can i buy ten of just the heads ?** A: I don't think so. Maybe from the manufacturer or another source. Yes. Is it easy or efficient, absolutely not! I race a dirt stock car, and the radiator takes a beating from flying dirt, rocks, etc. I figured I would try this to try to straighten out the fins in the off season. Trying to insert this comb into a full series of damaged fins is impossible. The gap between the little plastic teeth has nearly 0 clearance to the fins, so alignment must be perfect. If a bunch of fins are bent, it won't go in. The only way I found to make this work was to get the fins close, one by one, with a single point pick, and then walk this along one damaged fin at a time. Not at all efficient! If you have a small area of damage you are looking to correct, this might be fine.
