The camera and accessories were packed tightly together and surrounded by plastic bubbles inside of a larger box. It was well protected for traveling and arrived in great shape.Unfortunately, the camera was not manufactured with the promised features. The camera possessed no pause or start button in its menu, controls, or remote. The only means of stopping the recording is turning off the camera. The camera does not have the ability to fast forward through video. There were no controls for the zoom feature. The attached photos show what controls were available. The setting to change from wide angle to normal was present only on the screen and did not work. The image stabilizer was non-existent. This lack of essential controls made the camera unusable for my purposes.The seller has provided a return label quickly and without complaint. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Now it got here faster then I thought *by K***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2021* Now it is a good camera for the cost but I do have a couple of problems with it 1.
