What size child is this for?

I believe it’s for ages 3+ officially, but there is a adjustable elastic strap on the back so a 1 year old could wear it, and even my husband and I wear the mask for dress up play. For an adult it’s not as comfortable long term though. Definitely flexible on age range that could wear it.
