You can leave it on the dashboard of your car to charge it up or to top it off. Has a feature that allows you to use it as a charge bank as well. 2 other light features: strobe and area light (on side). One thing I would change is the activation button; It's very small...not prominent at all. Very hard to feel with gloves on. I would make it more outwardly curved.
