I purchased this cage after reading the many reviews- both good and bad. I watched one video in particular (a black cage) in which it swayed my decision to definitely purchase the cage. The cage looked really nice. I didn’t know what to expect since people seem to complain about everything. I find this true in life. Negativity is all around us. People complained that the cage wasn’t true to size. YES, it is! WITHOUT seed guards it’s 24x22x63 (inside cage space of 50”). When adding seed guards it doesn’t change these dimensions. The seed guards add to the inches around the cage. To then blame the company that their BIG bird didn’t fit in the cage. That’s your problem for not reading about the cage. It’s all stated in the description. The overall dimensions with seed guards isn’t the overall size of the cage. For the price this cage is quality. I would know as I spend thousands of dollars buying King’s and A&E cages. This cage is equivalent in quality to my A&E OCT3232. I’m so happy that I purchased it. It’s almost identical in quality. Mind you, the other cage costs 5x’s as much. I was so impressed! The added touch of the long perch was really nice. It wasn’t a dowel but a nice piece of notched wood. The door latches are adorable. So nice! Since I put several cages together it was simple in knowing what to do. Possibly a novice bird owner may have issues. Common sense. As for customer service this company is EXCELLENT! I wrote a polite message on Amazon regarding a minor issue and they rectified my problem. All it takes is for people to be courteous. Treat people kindly and you’ll get it back. I can’t say enough good things about my new bird cage and my experience. Great, great, great! My only regret is not finding this cage years ago. I would’ve bought several. I’d be a lot richer had I known. Buy this cage as you won’t be disappointed. Save money and have a happy bird! I wanted extra ring holders for the ss cups and contacted the company. I sent a money order as they can’t take payment other ways. I’m now getting extra one’s like I wanted. Very accommodating

I really love these cages my kids got me a white one in 2022 for mother's Day and I loved it so much I had to get another one they are very sturdy and large enough for a few birds if you choose to go that route I like that the top opens and front and with it being on wheels it give it plenty on space to use a broom under it if you don't want to move it every day to clean underneath it the thing I wish was just a bit wider is the door it's a bit tight even for a small person like me also that it was shipped a little better the boxes arrived four days apart and they were very beat up I did have some missing parts but I contacted the seller and after sending pictures and talking with him/her the issues where solved I try not to give anyone a bad review and give them the opportunity to rectify the situation first and this seller did just that we all need to give people a chance to fix things I just purchased my third one from this seller the other day I really love these cages and my birds seem to love them as well. 🐦🐦

The bird cage is super good strong and easy to feel like cockatoo snowflake loves it

Where do I start? 1. Be sure to have a dremel, set of wrenches (The wheels are larger then the wrench given.) and a tack welder if you are skilled with it. 2. What I had to do so far: Remove metal on one wheel leg as it blocked the ability to screw in the wheel, lucky for me I have a dremel. The top of the cage that opens had a stripped female catch, so I had to gently tap the screw home. However, I no longer am able to open the top. It will be closed permanently. One of the bowl holder bars was broken off, so I was able to smooth the metal with a hammer and dremel. The perch is too short, and a slight slide on an angle and it falls to the bottom. I'm not going to put my expensive baby Amazon on that. I will be purchasing natural wood anyway as I don't trust what this wood is made of. The instructions are useless, but that's par for the course. The bars are thick enough. The latches to open the seed/water cups are either very loose or too tight. There are sharp edges that I will need to grind and touch up. I do not recommend purchasing this cage, but with some work and extra funds I can repurpose it into a play cage. I'm going to be asking the seller for a partial refund.

Keeps most of the seeds in the catche a d is easier to hang it for my birds to get to.

Even with the provided dimensions it just seems smaller in person than what I thought it would be. I think part of the problem is how low it sits to the ground. It needs a base so that it sits about 15" higher at least... but that's an easy enough fix to put something under it that can store food and supplies. I'm not really 100% convinced that this is high quality wrought iron, it seems a little less sturdy than I thought it would be but I'm not saying it won't do that job. The fact is it was a cheap bird cage, if I wanted something better I would have paid 2 to 3 times as much as I did here so I had an idea of what I was getting... but don't confuse yourself and think this is going to be high quality. It's going to be 'just enough quality' at best. Meaning... it'll work but if you're wanting something nice... look elsewhere.
