Great Area Lighting for Photography and Video
This is a great starter kit for anyone needing lights for photography or video. The stand is lightweight, but sturdy and is best suited for indoor work (though I used it on an outdoor shoot and it worked just fine and was stable). The stand expands to full height at approx 6’ and has a diffuser to soften.

great value, must have for product photography
If you take your own product photos and videos (Etsy) you NEED lights like these. One of my Top 5 favorite tools. Inexpensive and easy to set up, I leave mine set up permanently as supplemental lights in my under-lit garage studio when needed. They are set up near my photo station and when I want to shed light elsewhere I simply swivel the light. Bright but gentle, perfect.

Excellent item, but!
These are wonderful products for the price! They rival the ones I have that cost three times as much. Taking off one star because they were missing the 50 cent diffusion covers. Somebody missed it in the QC department...

Excellent value for a powerful continuous lighting setup.
If you’re looking for a continuous lighting setup and not trying to spend big bucks, this kit is the one. The quality of light and range is perfect for soft portraits and excellent for still photography. With the 2-light setup, you can light your subject with a main light and use the 2nd as a hair light or background light — great for video interviews when you want to separate your subject from the background to add depth. It’s compact, lightweight and easy to quickly setup/breakdown to transport if you’re shooting multiple locations. For the price, you can’t go wrong. Highly recommend!!

Like the kit-company inaccessible to help with minor damage that I didn't see until too late.
I wasn't able to unbox the kit until after return date due to family emergency that took me out of town for a few months. I just unboxed it now and found it has minor damage. I like the kit... but wish I could just order a new bulb cover. I tried to reach out to the company, but that doesn't seem very easy through Amazon. The "chat" method takes me in a circle... My, overall rating would be 4 for the product but downgraded for company accessibility to address my problem.

Wish they Hung - but great lights overall!
I do like these lights! They've been a huge life saver for me. When I had a larger space, the design was not nearly as noticed - now, however, I am in a different space and I do wish they hung - I am going to try to find some way to hang them. I love them! They cast the perfect amount of lighting and shade of lighting. Natural, filtered, vibrant. Definitely recommend.
