I use mine with a type 27 cut off wheel, but I also use gloves and a face shield and am very careful to avoid sideways pressure on the cut off wheel. Using the tool this way is, for me, a calculated risk. Many angle grinder manufacturers recommend a special guard for cut off wheels, one that more fully encloses the wheel in case it shatters. Most grinders don't come with the special guard (sometimes called a type 1 guard), but many grinders have the guard available as an accessory (like the Makita 9557PBX1 which includes the cut off wheel guard as part of a kit. I don't think the Ryobi has such a kit available, but you might be able to get a universal cut off wheel guard from Harbor Freight, or elsewhere. **Q: Can it work on 220v?** A: No 110volt only. **Q: Can this be used to cut stone?** A: I don't know. It was purchased for grinding bolts and metal. To cut stone, they would need a stone cutting wheel, but I'm not sure if it is designed for those. **Q: Where is the wrench that is supposed to come with this angle grinder?** A: The wrench storage in side handle.
