Rogue River Blue is handmade in limited quantities each year, using raw, late-season cow's milk to deliver the delicate flavors of the pasture and a profoundly creamy texture. Rogue River Blue is then wrapped in organic Syrah grape leaves that are macerated in pear brandy, and lovingly aged for up to a year. Sweet, subtle, but very blue, this is the best of the best.

This blue cheese is nothing short of an absolute game changer! I love it! While I appear to be insane for paying nearly $50 a pound for it, it is DELICIOUS, and once you try it, it’s well worth it!

Quick service.  The cheese was with dry ice and was still cool when we got it in the mail - and it was exactly as I anticipated - delicious.  Works great in stuffing olives to go with Tito's Vodka Martinis.
