I read a lot of reviews on Fadogia Agrestis on its ability to help with recovery and to possibly boost testosterone. I do believe you always need to have your diet on track. At the end of the program I was back to close grip benchpressing 315 for reps like 6 to 8 reps. I started taking this product for less then a week. I have to say the result are already starting to show again, in and out of the gym ! If you are lifting heavy and are on your winter bulk up Strength and Mass program definitely give it a shot. This 53 old lifter is impressive with the results. My suggestion is to do a whole bottle then take off at least 2 to 3 weeks off. On my weeks off I take Ashwagandha.
