Had ordered the same model previously offline very good suction capacity and easy to use . Used for almost 3 years still works perfectly fine, need another one as backup so ordered Quality of the product is also good so bought the same one

It's magical machine and can do wonders like aggressively draining a mug full of water or say you want to drain coke from 1L bottle. It also gives you a royal feeling just by owning it. The sound it make when you place it on your nose is divine and that sound even make the aggressive dog to go to a ZEN mode. It will definitely takes you to a fairytale world. It make others jealous just by owning it. Hence I kept it on my showcase to showcase my royalty. Buy it, Drain it .... should be the punch line for the company. One suggestion to the manufacturer: Instead of giving a small rubber tube, should have provided a 1 inch water hose which will help us to drain the water tank or suck the fuel out of vehicles. Please consider.

Horrible product and very bad quality of service

Good portable product of its kind. Value for money. The user manual is old. Update it with pictutes showing how to fit the pipes properly and the best way to use it safely. The video put up on Amazon may also be available in the QR code. A list of parts used in the product by the manufacturer and available for retail purchase should also be part of the manual for legal purpose. Earlier I had given a rating of 1 star for the supplier ostensibly because of a missing part based on the old manual. After connecting with the supplier about this and also through my subsequent interaction with him, i found he is honest, ready to listen and help whatever way he can. So I revise my supplier rating to 5+****. Since, i couldn't find anyway to revise my earlier seller rating through Amazon, i am doing it better. Amazon may take note of this requirement Otherwise, I'm Happy with the product and would love to recommend it.
