They helped with my aches and my body felt so relaxed using these salts in my bath. They really made my body feel calm, it’s literally as if all the stress worries and pains float away after using this. I used the accompanying body wash too which also is super exfoliating and luxurious on the skin as is the salt for the bath. My skin was left smooth, I felt nice and rested and relaxed after my bath using this product. Going to use it all the time now!! Doesn’t cure aches and pains, just helps a lot with them.
