However, it is simple enough to use anything and there is a QR code for a link to the quick start guide. I plugged it into my daughters relatively new laptop and simply run the camara App and it was picking it up the image without having to mess around with loading any software. There are three arms, which can each be angled to get the right height and distance from the subject matter. The camera and mic can be rotated as well. Control wise, there is a Light On/Off button, Brightness +/-, Mic On/Off and focus button. I initially tried it with my tablet to see how it performed with that and it was fine, with no issues. Meaning I could use it for presentations, sharing work documents, art, etc. Obviously, it can be used with just paper, card, etc. and I found the picture quality to be good. I then tried it connected to a projector via the laptops HDMI port and the performance was just as good Having recorded some footage and watching the playback, the quality is not bad all at and that also applies to the sound through the mic.
