Beware of non-standard length
The boards looks and work just fine. But there's something to be aware of: the length is non-standard. Those are noticeably longer that usual, if you have confined area to use it - this board might not fit in there.

Simple Setup and Solid Performance for Makers of All Levels
The Pro Micro development board exceeded my expectations. Setting it up was relatively straight forward. Within minutes, I had the board connected and running for my project. The compact size is a huge plus, fitting perfectly into my small-scale projects without any hassle. The USB functionality worked well, and the board’s responsiveness was impressive. Solder pads lifted VERY easily
Works great, but the solder pads lifted off the PCB VERY easily. If you can strain relief your connectors, you'll be fine. The USB port connector came off I think the 4th time I plugged it in because they didn't use solder pads to hold it to the PCB and there was no mechanical connection. Otherwise, the micro works well.

Very Fragile and 1 DOA
Like similar reviews, the USB port is very fragile. after 4 inserts one of the USB ports broke off even though I was being very careful. The other one in the package has some sort of USB malfunction and windows will not recognize it. There is another vendor that sells the arduino leonardo's with reinforced USB ports, I'd recommend going with that vendor, not this one.
