Very disappointing product and customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding Digitek products. I purchased a Digitek phone holder, and the product has an issue where the mobile phone does not attach/fit securely in the holder as it should. Instead of offering a proper return or refund, Digitek clearly states that they do not provide returns or exchanges and will only offer repair or replacement of the same model after technical inspection. What makes the experience even more frustrating is that their support initially asks for an invoice and a video of the problem, and then suggests that the issue may simply be because the product is not being used correctly and asks the customer to watch YouTube videos for proper installation. If I have purchased a product that is faulty or does not function as expected, I expect a straightforward solution—not to be pushed towards repair, technical inspection, or troubleshooting videos. Their own email confirms that refund/return requests are essentially pushed back to the seller/platform, while Digitek limits its own support to repair or replacement. This makes the after-sales experience unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Digitek. Think twice before buying their products, especially if you expect hassle-free after-sales support.
