It's durable and protects my case in every way that I can imagine. My only issue is the sound. I use Bixby and Google voice often when I am away from my phone to complete certain task. At first when I noticed that it wasn't answering my commands, I thought that something was wrong with my phone. I usually text so I was not aware that it was actually the waterproof case that didn't allow my phone to hear my commands until I got a phone call and folks on the other end was not hearing me. I switched to speaker and folks could barely hear me. But I can't be putting everyone in my business when I am using the speaker to connect. As much as I can say that this case is great, unfortunately I had to return it.
