I've had knee issues for almost 16 years now since a snowmobile accident. Many surgeries later, I am now left with acl and meniscus issues along with a big dose of arthritis. I use the expandable freezer packs with this so I am able to cut them to fit perfectly in here. I can wrap my knee and continue to walk around if I need to.
