HD-SDI Cameras allow viewing and recording at High Definition over Coaxial cable without taxing network bandwidth or needing to purchase any licenses, since they are not IP cameras. Simply ensure you have a 1080P HD-capable monitor/TV with the proper video inputs to connect to your HD-SDI DVR. Or connect the camera directly to the DVR if the TV if you don't have a need for recording. Your DVR must have HD-SDI inputs. You cannot use standard BNC video inputs to achieve high definition video.
