How have you packaged or prepared the rolls so they will not arrive stale or moldy?** A: Thanks for asking! We do not use fulfillment by Amazon so the product ships directly from our facility. The 10-20 days to arrive is the time that Amazon estimates and we unfortunately cannot change that setting. Here is how it works - we ship all orders on Monday or Tuesday of each week. We ship via USPS priority mail, so the order will arrive you to in 2-3 days max. The ambient shelf life of the rolls is 5 days, so 2-3 days shipping is well within the window. We simply request (and put a neon sticker on the package as a reminder) that you freeze the rolls upon arrival. Very simple! This does mean that depending on when you place your order, you may have to wait until the following Monday or Tuesday before the order ships. After I made an order of cinnamon rolls, they were delayed by a train derailment and arrived on the seventh day instead of the fifth, as planned. When I asked after them, since I was getting worried, GF sensations went ahead and sent me off a fresh batch, free of charge. And it wasn't even their fault! That was very kind of them! Now I did try the seven day old cinnamon rolls before throwing them away. They were on the stale side, but still good.As for the second batch that arrived on time...they were soft, perfectly cinnamony, utterly delicious concoctions! I would advise not to use the frosting packaged with them. They actually take AWAY from the flavor by being too sweet and manufactured tasting. The cinnamon rolls are sweet enough and do not require them. However, if you are not sensitive to extreme flavors, disregard this note.Now I personally believe that the pricing on these rolls is too high to buy them regularly. However I think that buying them once or twice a year, on Holidays or special occasions, is something I intend to do.Ah, precious, GF sensation, cinnamon rolls. Too good for this world. Too yummy. I miss you already. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Surprisingly Delicious!! *by M***L on October 30, 2020* Being diagnosed with Celiac Disease later in life definitely makes things a challenge. I was never huge on sweets or breads, but I really did look forward to a morning muffin, slice of pound cake, scone or a bagel every once in a while. I have to admit that I was never a huge cinnamon roll fan because of all the sugar, but I never turned one down fresh out of the oven.When I saw these and all the positive reviews, I thought I would give them a try. I like the fact that you freeze them as soon as you receive them. So, I cut them and placed them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in the freezer covered by another piece of parchment and left them overnight. In the morning, I cut the parchment and placed 2 buns in a quart sized freezer bag. I baked one at 350°for 20 minutes and heated the frosting in a mug of water in the microwave for one minute.The bun was crispy on the edges and soft and fluffy in the center just like it was fresh baked. I was extremely impressed. Yes, it's a tad pricey, but it's very time consuming to make cinnamon buns from scratch and I don't have the time unfortunately. I would definitely recommend this to all gluten-free people and I will purchase again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Like Cinnabon for Celiacs *by T***T on March 26, 2021* As someone who lives with celiac disease, there unfortunately are very few gluten free cinnamon roll options on the market. I was so happy to find Gluten Free Sensations, not only are their cinnamon rolls delicious, they taste just like a warm and gooey Cinnabon. They arrive in 2 tins of 6 cinnamon rolls, which I prefer to put one in the fridge and then freeze the other to enjoy later. Included are several individual packets of frosting, plenty for the frosting lovers. I personally prefer to put a small square of butter on top and reheat for 30-40 seconds in the microwave prior to frosting. I found they also reheat well in a toaster oven (325 for 5-7 minutes) on foil, which is a nice option if you like the extra crispy sugar layer at the bottom.I have also been very impressed with Gluten Free Sensations as a company. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their products, but also the satisfaction of their customers. I had an order get delayed by the carrier due to challenges during the pandemic and would arrive late. Gluten Free Sensations noticed the delay during transit and sent out a replacement and email right away.
