It arrived in a zip-locked pouch and the hair was very soft. No chemical odor (Yayyy!). The length is just right for my head from front to nape of neck, and it has very secure snap-on combs. I tested it out while I was on a Zoom call last weekend and I got good feedback. The color was so natural, a few people even thought it was my hair...! They even included a cute pair of false eyelashes as a bonus! This is a keeper! I'm so pleased with this purchase that I ordered a second one. Two thumbs up for this faux-hawk!
