The OC-200 controller, while only 100MB, is a little slow but it simply works and works well. I have 5 TP-Link switches throughout the house, all on a 10GB backbone. I will only use TP-Link SFPs in my TP-Link switches because compatibility is guaranteed. To be fair, I have tested some 10GTEK SFPs and they seem to work OK too. Though I've never done a back to back comparison test of speed, longevity etc, I just feel better using the manufacturer's SFPs in their switches.
